Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the item passes quality inspection.

Items that show signs of use or alteration

For exchanges or returns not related to manufacturing defects, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

In case of a manufacturing defect, Classeres will cover all shipping costs.
